Last updated on SEPTEMBER 07, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Calendar Server - Version 7.0.4 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Calendar 7u4-14.03 (patch 14)
Convergence 3

I reinstalled the Calendar Server overnight last night.  Calendar server is up, but, is unavailable to the users within Convergence.  When a user clicks on the Calendar button, they get a message of:

The calendar service is not available.  Please try again later.

Looking at the errors.0 log for Calendar Server, there are many of the following messages for each user attempting to access their calendar:

But, looking at each user LDIF, we can see that they do, in fact, have the davuniqueid attribute set.

EX:

davuniqueid: 9fd10a21-064211e0-80cbb1c1-5d41b926
