To Do Type Characteristic Types Have Same Description (Doc ID 1615423.1)

Duplicate Exclude To Do Entries From Auto Completion characteristic types exist for To Do
Type, one owned by CCB and one by FW. Both have the same description and they share same
entities.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Go to the To Do Type maintenance page, Main tab.

2. Notice that in the Characteristic Type dropdown, there are two Exclude To Do Entries

     From Auto Completion entries.

3. Go to the Characteristic Type maintenance page and search for Exclude To Do Entries

    From Auto Completion.

4. Notice that there are two characteristic types returned - C1-EXLTD (base-owned) and F1-

EXLTD (framework-owned).
