OCMC 6.1 SSU ECE Protocol Adapter Failed To Start When Using Same Port as in Coherence

Symptoms
When configuring the same port, in the SSU admin console under:
SSU Admin console> OCSB > Signaling Tier > SSU ECE > ECE > Multicast address
and
SSU Admin console> OCSB > Domain Management > Coherence > Multicast > Port
There seems to be a collision although the IP Addresses are different.
In this case it seems like the ECE protocol adapter fails to load and generates the following exception:
