Symptoms
When tried to delete a column from an object, that was added previously to keep additional information for a customized process that is no longer required, the pin_deploy never deletes the column from the table and no error is returned.
The delete of a column is only done when a business process is no longer necessary, but the pin_deploy should be able to delete it.
STEPS

Trying to add a column FILENAME to EVENT_BILLING_PAYMENT_CC_T table, using a customized podl file, then later try to remove the column FILENAME using OOTB podl file.
1. Check Database INITIAL STATE:
