Last updated on NOVEMBER 15, 2022
Applies to:
Oracle Communications Calendar Server - Version 7.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
A Calendar Server 7 event that is marked PRIVATE or CONFIDENTIAL is also enforced for calendar co-owners.
That means, that a calendar co-owner does not see a PRIVATE event, and respectively, only sees Free/Busy for CONFIDENTIAL events.
Steps involved to see this behavior:
- Two users, with the primary calendar owner sharing their calendar with "owner" access permissions to the second user.
- Create a PRIVATE event as the primary calendar owner.
- The co-owner is unable to view the PRIVATE event. CONFIDENTIAL events also cannot be viewed or modified.
