Unable To Select Instance Name On Dropdown While Creating New Change Tracking Definition (Doc ID 1619704.1)

Symptoms

 Missing Instance name for the ERP/EBS in the dropdown while creating a new change tracking definition in CCG.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to CCG with admin user.
2. Navigate within CCG to Workbench > CCG from the menu bar.
3.Click "Add Definition".

4. Cannot select ERP/EBS instance name in the instance dropdown as its missing.
