Goal

Cartridge attached to this document accomplishes the following scenario / requirement:
Implement in UIM a constraint that verifies the uniqueness of instances, at creation time.
For example, consider a Logical Device specification, with "code" characteristics. Upon creation of instances of Logical Device using this specification , System should check that there are no other instances created with the same value for "code". And if there are, popo-up a warning message to the user & not let create the instance.
