Deferred Action Issue On Customer Center 7.5

Users occasionally experiencing errors while trying to 'Execute Now' deferred actions on Customer Center (error rate is about 1 every 5 deferred actions) and cm core dumps


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create deferred actions for a service by selecting "inactive" for existing service in services tab and select "Defer the action Until" to some future date.
2. Then close the account in Customer Center ,
3. Opened the same account and selected 'Execute Now'
