Medwatch Reports Missing From PSUR (Doc ID 1622274.1)

Client is using ICH PSUR to submit to FDA, but we are unable to get all Medwatch reports to print. Specifically any report that would normally be expedited does not seem to show up. Is this expected behavior? Is there any workaround?
