Goal

Does BRM collections support actions before due date?

There is a requirement to configure actions before customers due date.

For example:
Customer due date is Jan. 15th, and there is requirement to send two SMS before due date:
1 - 1st SMS Notification on [due_date - 3]
2 - 2nd SMS Notification on [due_date - 1]
