Symptoms

On : 5.5.1 version, Oracle Configuration Controls Governor (CCG):
CCG monitors setup data in business management applications. The Agent component is successfully deployed, but when trying to Configure Configuration Controls Governor, the CCG Configure Configuration Controls Governor job errors with following error occurs.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) ERP Instance
2) Select instance (EBSD1)
3) Configure CCG Agent
4) Configure Configuration Controls Governor
5) CCG Configure Configuration Controls Governor job errors with maximum open cursor exceeded.
6) Step "Create Functions On Target" errors with maximum open cursors exceeded.
