Symptoms

On Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT) 6.1.0.3 after upgrade from PFT 6.0, unable to save As of Date changes to Application Preferences. The following error message appears:

ERROR
Save Failed


Steps to reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to PFT 6.1.0.3 from PFT 6.0 version.
2. Attempt to save changes to Application Preferences
