SPLAdf is failing deployment due to the following error:

This enviroment was cloned from a test environment.
Configuration, initialSetup.sh, ORS_postinstall.sh, and cdfDeploy.sh was performed and the application started, but the Weblogic Console shows that the SPLAdf component state is Failed.
