MetaBuilder:Can't create record group and Error populating Group (Doc ID 1630685.1)

Symptoms

On : 5.5.1 version, Integra Apps

When attempting to launch metabuilder workbench
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Can't create record group


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into MetaBuilder
2. Launch MetaBuiler Form
3. Receive the first error message popup; 'Can't create record group'
4. Click OK first popup closes; second error message popup appears: 'Error populating Group.'
5. Click OK second popup closes; third error message popup appears: 'Unhandled form exception: Error deleteting Group.'
