Convergence 3 Does Not Display Any Mail Filters If User Has A Duplicate Filter Name

In Convergence 3, when a user goes to Options -> Mail -> Local Account -> Mail Filters, the pane on the right (where the mail filters would normally be listed) is blank.
This was working in Convergence 2 p6, which is able to display the filters.
