A Warning Message Is Logged When More Than One FA Pending Exists At A Premise (Doc ID 1632809.1)

When more than one field activity exists at a premise in pending state even though they are of different FA types, a warning message appears in the log.

Steps to replicate:

1) Navigate to a Premise page which has a V structure.
2) Add an FA in pending state on the premise.
3) Add another FA in pending state on the same premise.
