The Weblogic Server Loads The Whole Active Diretory Users resulting performance slow (Doc ID 1633039.1)

Weblogic server 10.3 - Large latency in retrieving users from Microsoft Active Directory

The problem is that when we click the "User and Groups" tab in Weblogic Console

1) It takes more than 15 minutes to retrieve 1000 Active Directory user IDs to show up, and in fact, there only have 209 users needed to access to this CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) application.

2) The Weblogic user IDs such sysuser, system and all other local Weblogic user IDs didn't get retrieved. We are unable to see them and change the password of them.

3) We only have a total of 209 Active Directory user IDs need to access the CC&B application through Weblogic authentication. We don't want the whole Active Directory being retrieved to the CC&B Weblogic and take make every click taking more 15 minutes to make the next page to show up.
