User Defined Characteristics Are Not Showing In The UIM After Upgrade. (Doc ID 1634624.1)

Goal

All Characteristics are not showing in the UIM for given specification. This happened after upgrade from UIM 7.1.2 to UIM 7.2.3.
Although there is no error can be sen when we are using webservice operations.
What needs to be done?
