Date of LMP cannot be included in the report since case contains partial date (Doc ID 1637280.1)

Symptoms

Incorrect Validation Message is getting displayed for PARENTLASTMENSTRUAL DATE even if the value is not present on Argus.
This situation occurs only when any pregnancy related information is selected on the patient tab and the LMP of the parent is grayed out and set to ??-???-0000.

ERROR

"Date of LMP can not be included in the report since case contains partial date of LMP"

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Book in a case form.
2. Go to Patient > Parent sub tab.
3. Fill in information as following: Age = 35, Units = Years, Gender = Female and Pregnancy = No
4. Save the case and click E2B Check button.
5.  Observe the error messages for PARENTLASTMENSTRUALDATE in the E2B Report data check errors and warnings

Due to this issue, users not able to figure out as to why this error is coming even though no parent LMP information has being entered.
