ICSR Check Fails with "Date of LMP can not be included in the report since case contains partial date of LMP " (Doc ID 1637280.1)

Symptoms

Performing an ICSR Check on a case generates an error message:   "Date of LMP can not be included in the report since case contains partial date of LMP"

Validation Category:  Other Validation

Data Element:  B.1.10.3b

DTD Element:   PARENTLASTMENSTRUALDATE

Actual Error Message:  "Date of LMP can not be included in the report since case contains partial date of LMP"

This happens only when the Patient > Parent subtab details have Female selected for Gender and LMP (Last Menstrual Period) is grayed out, set to ??-???-0000 or null.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Book in a case form.
2. Go to Patient > Parent sub tab.
3. Fill in information as following: Age = 35, Units = Years, Gender = Female and Pregnancy = No
4. Save the case and click ICSR Check button.
5.  Observe the error messages for PARENTLASTMENSTRUALDATE in the E2B Report data check errors and warnings
