Symptoms

When running the OSM 7.2 installer, the Exception occurs
(Feb 24, 2014 8:15:47 PM), Setup.product.install, com.mslv.oms.installation.DBConfiguration2Panel, err, java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01882: timezone region not found
