When Login To Web Client, Get Error "The Session Has Been Terminated. Please Login Again." (Doc ID 1638720.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.3.1.2 version, when attempting to login Agile WebClient,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Internet Explorer and visit the Agile WebClient URL
2. Login as any active user
3. User will get error sometime "The Session Has Been Terminated. Please Login Again."
