'Error Occurred during Report Generation' Error when printing CSPSR (Doc ID 1638899.1)

Symptoms

When CSPSR is printed, sometimes error "報告の作成中にエラーが発生しました" ("Error Occurred during Report Generation") is displayed and report is not generated.

When this symptom occurred the following points are observed:
--Some reports can be printed if config condition is narrowed down.
--In some reports, sometimes it can be printed and sometimes it occurs this symptom.
--No error is logged in cmn_error_log table and sqltimes logs.
--In the log files under C:\Temp\ArgusLogs, the message "CSPSR LL Exception The transaction has aborted." is recorded.
