Symptoms
On : 11.1.0.4.0 version, Migration for PDC
A Price selector has been created with replacement pop for the combination of Service Code, Service Class, and Replacement pop model name.
The rateplan was having multiple passthrough configurations for the same combination of IC, TM, TP, and Service Class only differing in the service code.
Loading to PDC failed since there were multiple PMS created for the same combination of IC, TM and, TP in the rateplan.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

PDC migration tool failed with the following error even when all CRITICAL issues have been resolved during pricing analysis:
