Symptoms

Custom exception messages thrown from a database trigger on the License_Report_Period_Summary table using Raise_Application_Error (-20010,Ipls_Db_Util.Getdbexceptionmessage('CUSTOM_EXCEPTION_NUMBER',Null)); not displaying on the Performance Report Summary Tab.
