Symptoms
This problem happens on the Oracle Communication Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) software version 5.0.0.1 in the following conditions:
In a system where the Online Charging System (OCS) is not the Oracle NCC Voucher and Wallet Server (VWS) element, when a "CCSCD1 QRY" is used to query a subscriber, the following error is returned:
