ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Sort is not working on additional columns in View By - Incident Results - Saved Search used = Open Access Control Incidents.

What is working:

1. Sort works on additional columns on individual Controls' Incident Results with Saved Search = or Open Access Control Incidents

eg.


User Last Name
Global User Name

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Result Management > Manage Incident Results

2. Select View By = Incident Results and saved Search = Open Access Control Incidents. Results are displayed.

3. Click on View > Columns and add User Last Name or Global User Name.

4. Click on the Sort ( ascending or descending) icon on the Field name = User Last Name or Global User Name. No results now appear.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the sort feature in Manage Incident results.
