 Since applying the 11.2.0.3 database client to the MWM server, the Host System cannot submit messages to MWM .  The following message is returned when trying to communicate with MWM using  //SPLWebService/SPLMWMService on the MWM server:

Is MWM 1.5 certified for 11.2.0.3? What can be done to troubleshoot this problem?
