ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

GRC CG Global Conditions, sorting by Name in the Attribute Values list shows Fetching Data and does not complete.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Continuous Control Monitor > Create Access Global Condition.
2. Enter a Name and drag and drop the Business Object EBS Access Condition.
3. Select the datasource in Manage Datasource.
4. Add a filter with Attribute = User Name , Condition = Equal.
5. Under Value list of values, click on the magnifying glass that opens up the Attribute Values list.
6. Click on Ascending or Decending sort on the Column = Name. It shows 'Fetching Data'.. and does not complete.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot sort in Attribute Values list by Name.
