Error 404--Not Found When Navigating To Change Tracking Query Button (Doc ID 1641176.1)

Symptoms

 On : 5.5.1 version, Integra Apps

When attempting to click 'query' button in change tracking in Prod instance on WLS, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error 404--Not Found

error 404 not found from rfc 2068

WHAT WORKS
----------------------
They are not getting this error in Dev instance.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CCG
2. Navigate to Workbench->CCG->Change Tracker-> Query button > produces Error 404 -- Not Found.
