Tasks Not Auto Extending and Unable to Dispatch After Fall Season DST Time Change

A Task Monitor Error To Do with a message of “An Arrival Time Window must be fully included in an Effective Time Window” was created in MWM. the Activity in MWM auto-extended each time by 2 hours to 11-03-2013 at 12:00AM. Then, on 11-03-2013 at 12:00AM, MWM only did the auto-extension for 1 hour and stopped auto-extending. These FAs are not getting dispatched and no matter what you try to do you will get a message of “Begin Date Time field missing”.
