Goal
On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5 RTW, after applying PS4 portal_base and pipeline patches, the following errors are being thrown while executing the pin_75ps4_upgrade.pl script.
There are many similar PIN_ERR_DM_CONNECT_FAILED errors are in the logs.
