PROBLEM STATEMENT:

System Generated notes for some transferred tasks are being marked as TASK REJECTED instead of TRANSFERRED.
It appears to happen when the transferred task had been rejected at some point.

STEPS:
======

1. Create ISR order with 3 tasks: A, B & DD with work queues as following:
  - A: WQ1
  - B: WQ2
  - DD: WQ2
2. Complete task A;
3. Reject task B;
4. Task A is reopened and assigned to work queue WQ1
5. Move task A to work queue WQ2

BUSINESS IMPACT:

Issue is making the data confusing as users are TRANSFERRING tasks that becomes marked as REJECTED.
