Loadpricelist Is Not Writing "plan_name" Into The Xml File While Exporting

Symptoms
On : BRM 7.5.0.4.0 version, Pricing
Loadpricelist is not exporting the plan_name into the xml file (under plan_list).
It should be the same as when exporting the plan list with Pricing Center, for example:
Steps:
1)
> loadpricelist
load_price_list > verbose debug
Verbose level set to debug
load_price_list > retrieve
load_price_list > write test1.xml
2) verify the file test1.xml to check that it does not contain the plan_name.
