Issue With Context Menus

context menus are not working
properly. After clicking on the context menu and then clicking outside on the
page does not remove the context menu. The area under the context menu is
then no longer accessible and the page needs to be refreshed.
One Example is
1 go to Main Menu--Customer Information--Service Point
2 find a service point
3 at the bottom , click context of SP
4 click outside of context , observe the page is frozen , no operation can be proceed till refresh the page.
