Symptoms

Prior to upgrade to Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB) version 2.4, pop-up pages appear at the center of the screen which makes it easier for users to complete the transaction. After upgrade, the pop-ups are appearing on the upper left of the screen.

Changes

Defining screenTop and screenLeft variables irrespective of browser used.

The changes needs to be done in common.js
