Goal

When business user tries to use the Item Supply/Demand (INVDVDSD.fmb) query screen they receive the FORM error screen

CONC-TM-NO MANAGER DEFINED (APPLICATION=INV) (PROGRAM=INXDSD) (RESP_ID=20634) (RESP_APPL_ID=401)

We had user start the INV Remote Procedure Manager in System Administrator / Concurrent / Manager / Administer with 3 processes. This manager seems to be okay for a little while and then the actual processes goes to 0 and the item supply demand form still fails. How is this resolved
