Goal

In BRM 7.5PS 6 and PDC PS4, the day of the week is to choose any day in the week and day of the month should ideally be any date in the month ( 1 to 31 days ).

If one wants to configure usage rate for weekdays ( 0 to 24hrs ) falling in any date of the month, then one should choose Mon to fri and select any date of the month.
In PDC if  options ( mon - fri ) and any day of the month are selected then, its getting error while submitting the request.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create time model. While defining the time period please deselect any of the week check box and select Monday to Friday
2. Select all day check box for 24hrs
3. select any month in the year
4. select any of the month check box

Followings are the errors in the dailog box appears once we submit the above created time model:

*Changeset <Auto-generated> has validation errors
*Time Model named "Office_Hours" has validation failures:
*Both  "Days of the month" and "Days of the week" cannot be defined in the same TM for this profile
*Time model named "weekends" has validation failures:
*Both Days of the month" and "Days of the week" Cannot be defined in teh same Time Model for this Profile
