Symptoms

On : CCG 5.5.1 version, Install, Migration, Upgrade

User is unable to login to CCG after fresh install. 

ERROR

Unable to locate a login configuration.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install CCG 5.5.1.
2. Login using AMADMIN.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use CCG.
