Incorrect Japanese Translation for Move Schedule 'Forward' and 'Backward'

Symptoms
Actual behavior
--------------------
Japanese translation for PPM Move Schedule "Forward" and "Backward" is incorrect.
Now "Forward" to move the schedule to future date is translated "Zenpou-e", which means to bring the schedule to past date.
"Backward" to move the schedule to past date is translated "Ushiro-e", which means to bring the schedule to future date.
Expected behavior

Japanese translation for PPM Move Schedule "Forward" and "Backward" to be correct.
Steps
-----------
1. Login to Web Client
2. Goto My User Profile, and change user's preference language to Japanese
3. Relogin to Web Client
4. Open Project
5. Goto Schedule tab, and add some tasks
6. Select Task, and More > Move Schedule
7. The problem UI screen appears
