The timing for Schedule Status Is Changed on 9.3.2 is different from 9.2 (Doc ID 1663479.1)

This document explains why the timing that the schedule status is changed on 9.3.2 is different from 9.2

1) Login to Java Client and set the schedule status

   Admin > System Settings > Product Portfolio Management > Schedule Status
   Overdue Type: Days
   Off Track(Red)         : Overview Value=1
   Needs Attention(Yellow): Overview Value=-2
   On Track(Green)        : Overview Value=-3

2) Login to Web Client and create new task and check schedule status

   In case of sysdate=2014/3/18 03:00:00 PM
   On 9.2
     Schedule End Date: 2014/03/17    -> Red
     Schedule End Date: 2014/03/18-20 -> Yellow
     Schedule End Date: 2014/03/21    -> Green

   On 9.3.2
     Schedule End Date: 2014/03/16    -> Red
     Schedule End Date: 2014/03/17-19 -> Yellow
     Schedule End Date: 2014/03/20    -> Green
