Defining Bill Cycle Period And BDOM Separately (Doc ID 1663482.1)

Goal

In Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), is it possible to define a bill cycle to have start and end dates as Jan 1 - Feb 1 and Billing Day of Month (BDOM) as 6th. One has a requirement to bill the accounts on 6th, but it is needed to accumulate the charges from Jan 1 - Feb1 only.

How to implement this in BRM? Generally when one sets the BDOM, then bill cycle end date is set to that DOM which is not the expected behavior here.
