CCB Demo Install fail to start at Retrieving extra Installation Data from service 'CILTINCP' (Doc ID 1665359.1)

Goal

A fresh install of CCB V2.4.0.1.0 DEMO on Linux x86-64 Platform fail to start at Retrieving extra Installation Data from service 'CILTINCP'
The log shows the following error:
