Preventive Controls Governor (PCG) is a set of applications that run within Oracle E-Business Suite as a component of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Controls Suite. Preventive Controls Governor applications include:Form Rules, Flow Rules, Audit Rules, and Change Control.

Error while launching the Appsflow after execution of launch criteria, the following error occurs.

Error Message 3205: 'APPSMGR' is not a valid role or user name.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application and make sure Appsflow is defined fine including launch criteria.
2. Insert the record in Invoice workbench to meet launch criteria.
3. Navigate to Workflow status monitor status and check the status of workflow launched by activity in step 2.

Due to this issue, users cannot complete testing of Appsflow which is impacting CRP2 testing.
