CCB User Menu Information Accessible Only To Logged On User (Doc ID 1665836.1)

Currently its possible for a end-user to see its user configuration on Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB) through the "Admin Menu User". However, once it has access to that particular menu, the end-user is also capable of viewing profile information of the other users.
In the context of security and privacy, is it possible to configure CCB in a way in which the end-user can see only its own profile information? If one tries to access information from another user he should not be able to see it.
