The bsu tool doesn't list all the patches that are available in the patch's cache directory (Doc ID 1665924.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Communications Converged Application Server (OCCAS), all releases that support the bsu (smartUpdate) tool.

One would expect to be able to install patches using the bsu (smartUpdate) tool when the patches' jar files and xml files are copied in the correct folder, and these patches should appear in the list of available patches

However, after copying the jar and xml files of a patch to the cache directory and running the bsu tool, the patches are not listed in the "available patches pane of the bsu graphical interface :
