Reminder Emails Are Not Being Fully Translated (Doc ID 1666687.1)

Symptoms

Calendar 7u3-12.17 (patch -12) contains the following bug fix:

16592981 - REMINDER MESSAGES ARE NOT TRANSLATED IN NON ENGLISH LOCALE

As described in:  Reminder Messages Are Not Translated In Local Language ie French (Doc ID 1577741.1)

With the fix, most of the reminder email is now properly translated in the local language except for the word REMINDER, which is still in English no matter what the local language is set to.
