Goal
Partitions are used in UIM to control access to the UIM Data.
For example User1 member of Partition1 should not have access to the entity created by User2 member of Partition2.
Note: A User that does not belong to any partition (Group) is treated as super user & have access to all the entities. Until unless permissions are explicitly set for a given entity instance.
