Not Able To Modify Advanced Condition (Doc ID 1667513.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to modify Advance Conditions, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
You can not modify the Advance Condition Set.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Reports-->Aggregate Reports-->CIOMS line listings
2. Click on Search Button (Under Advanced Conditions)
3. Search for the AC
4. Click on AC.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

AC's that are part of Reporting Rules need to be modified.
Compliance will be affected.
