Symptoms

Customers using Organizational Administrators should avoid Delegated Administrator 7 patch-08. Errors occur when creating, modifying, and deleting users.

Changes

- A new install of Communications Suite 7U5.

- An upgrade from a previous patch to -08 (via commadmin upgrade or patch upgrade).

- Having several installations of Delegated Administrator sharing the Comms DIT, and the last version added was patch -08 (even if patch-09 was applied already).
