Symptoms
Unable to delete groups from domains with Delegated Administrator.
In the Delegated Administrator Console, the Organization Admin gets a permission error when attempting to delete a group.
The LDAP access.log shows the following modification attempt returned with <ERROR<5897> when attempting to modify the attribute inetGroupStatus of a group :

This system was recently upgraded from a older version of Messaging Server and Delegated Administrator :
- Messaging Server 5.2 was upgraded to Messaging Server 7.05
- Iplanet Delegated Admin was upgraded to Oracle Delegated Administrator 7.0-9
Original user and group entries were created by Iplanet Delegated Administrator.
